We will not accept a return without a RA number. All returns, including damaged or defective goods, require prior approval. Please call our customer service department at 800-955-9649 and explain the nature of the return within 30 days. You may be asked to return a sample of the merchandise to our QC lab for evaluation. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued, which must accompany the item when returned. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective product returns. Please send your return to the address on your original packing slip using a traceable means, such as UPS or FEDEX. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for non-defective product returns. All returned items must be in "new" condition in original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during shipment. Returns will be inspected upon receipt for condition prior to issuing any credit. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used, minus any restocking fees. In the case of a product defect or shipping error, Barbour will also refund the return shipping costs. Custom manufactured products that are not defective are not returnable.
